The Venue
An iconic South Coast restaurant that is changing with the times and now implemented a brand new pizza setup with a brand new state-of-the-art pizza oven. Accessible by public transportation, with no late nights.
Brand new wood fire pizza ovens with gas assist, 300-degree oven, turns out perfect pizzas in 2 – 3 minutes. Focus on sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients to produce the best pizzas in the area!
The Chef
The candidate will get to work with an energetic and passionate Pizzaiola team, which is very focused on fresh, quality produce. The team is passionate, hard working, and comfortably pushes out over 250 pizzas a night!
The Role
Requires a dedicated and competent pizza chef to run day-to-day operations, whose duties may include (but are not limited to)
- Making all doughs and sauces
- Using and maintaining pizza ovens
- Monitoring prep and stock levels
- Having creative input with menus
The right candidate will have experience with high volume, quick turnover and be highly organised. You will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar environment.
The Hours and Rewards
40 hours per week, plenty of public transport in the area and the salary is up to $90K+S for the right candidate. Onsite parking is free.
