The Role
This role is working very closely with the Group GM, who you will directly report to. The Group GM oversees multiple venues including the flagship and is a powerful operator who understands how to build business, generate new ideas, and nurture and mentor teams. The group GM has been a leader in the development and launching of new venues. Working closely with the General Manager offers a fantastic opportunity to elevate your senior management skills. This role focuses on continuous cultural and structural improvements, leading multiple departments, refining recruitment and succession strategies, enhancing menus, strong financial strategizing and cogs, activations, and more.
