The Venue
A popular and bustling club located in the northwest of Sydney, primarily catering to locals. The venue has a strong food focus and provides facilities for hosting functions.
This is a progressive hospitality company that has venues across Sydney. This is their flagship venue so they are looking for someone to come on board that can keep the consistency and can maintain the standards that are known of this club.
The Kitchen
There are 3 kitchens in the venue: restaurant, sports bar, and function.
The kitchens are amazing and well set up. It has everything a chef needs with top-of-the-range products. This venue operates seven days a week, with most senior chefs providing exceptional stability in the kitchen. The team consists of 25-30 chefs plus kitchen hands.
The Role
The role is offering a salary of up to $120K+S for the right candidate.
The chef in this role is responsible for overseeing all food and labor costs at the venue, with a primary emphasis on team management, consistency, and quality of service. They will also contribute to menu design and its execution.
This role will oversee the bistro and the sports bar as there are already senior chefs running the other outlets.
