The Role
This role would be perfect for a passionate hospo duty manager or supervisor who has high volume venue experience. Someone who can think fast on their feet and make good decisions while leading and directing in a large, multi-faceted venue. There is amazing support in this role and a great safety net from a talented manager to help you in your role.

This company is offering a 4-day working week with the opportunity to have 3 regular days off a week for the right candidate. They are very committed to making sure their teams have a great work-life balance, with regular 38-hour weeks, and even in the busy period of the year, no more than 42 hours are ever done with their full timers.
They are offering a competitive salary range of up to $90,700k + Super, with five weeks annual leave to strong candidates who are passionate about the club industry.
You will get free meals, free parking, free uniform and one weekend off every 6 weeks. When the roster is done 6 weeks in advance, you may notice you get 3-4 days off together as an added bonus.
