The Team
You will be part of a big team, so you must be comfortable working with others and having good communication in a fast-moving and quality venue.
The Executive Chef is strong, smart and balanced. She has been in the business for a number of years and knows the venue well but still driven to do better. She observes modern man-management, running a tight ship and creating positive energy in the kitchen.
The Role
We are looking for Demi Chefs to CDP levels, who are enthusiastic and want career growth. Chefs who have genuine interest in food, new trends and ingredients. Here are some of your daily operations and responsibilities:
- Working on a section
- Monitoring prep and stock levels
- Being coachable and great attitude
The Right Candidate
- Will have experience with high volume, quick turnover and be highly organised
- Is passionate about food and the industry.
You will learn from a well-known and high-profile Chef, teaching you everything from cooking skills to people management and to not only run the numbers side of things but also the business side of things.
The Hours and Salary
- Full Time Chef de Partie pay is up to $70K+S
- Kitchen tips average from $100-150 per week
- Weekly hours are between 40-44hrs
- All uniforms provided
