The Venue
It’s located in the heart of Bondi, and the focus in around the Italian cuisine with a modern twist! Close to public transport, and no late nights.
Brand new deck pizza ovens with electric assist, 300-degree oven, turns out perfect pizzas in 2 – 3 minutes. Focus on sourcing fresh, seasonal ingredients to produce the best pizzas in the area!
The Chef
The candidate will get to work with an energetic and passionate head pizzaiola chef who is very focused on fresh, quality produce. The chef has received classical training and is not hesitant to pass it on to others who work with him.
The Role
A passionate and experienced pizza chef is required for running day-t0-day operations. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Making all doughs and sauces
- Using and maintaining pizza ovens
- Monitoring prep and stock levels
- Having creative input to assist the chef with menus
The right candidate will have experience with high volume, quick turnover, takeaway service and be highly organised. A minimum 2 years of experience in a similar environment is necessary.
The Hours and Rewards
Working weeks will be 42 hours. There is plenty of public transport in the area and the salary is up to $70K+S and tips for the right candidate. They provide uniforms for all staff. Free onsite parking is available.
