The Role

We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who leads from the floor — someone who thrives in the action, brings calm to the chaos, and knows how to lift a team with presence and care.

You’ll be the steady hand and friendly face that sets the tone each day. Whether it’s rallying the team before a big night, jumping in to solve a challenge mid-service, or helping shape long-term improvements, you’ll be at the heart of it all.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running the floor across multiple dining spaces — from casual to à la carte and events
  • Leading and supporting a team of 20–25 FOH staff during busy shifts
  • Mentoring Assistant Managers and helping them step up
  • Keeping service standards consistent and culture strong
  • Working closely with leadership to keep improving how we operate
  • Staying hands-on and visible

Who You Are

You’re someone people naturally look to — calm, grounded, and confident. You lead by example and keep your team focused, motivated, and supported under pressure.

You love hospitality because you enjoy people, pace, and energy. You’ve worked in high-volume venues and know how to keep service sharp without losing the personal touch.
