- Shift structure designed for balance — venue manager enjoys 1–2 four-day weeks each month
- Strong salary package with clear growth path to Snr F&B or Group Ops roles
- Step into a visible, respected role where you set the tone and elevate the vibe
About
This is the kind of place people choose when they want to celebrate—birthdays, milestones, or simple dinners that turn into unforgettable nights. It’s a lively, full-hearted restaurant that brings people together through good food, attentive service, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
Behind the scenes, the team is what truly sets the place apart. They’re warm, grounded, and hard-working, taking real pride in the experience they create. Even with the pace and volume, quality never slips. They keep things moving efficiently while ensuring every guest still feels personally cared for.
The Role
We’re looking for a Venue Manager who leads from the floor — someone who thrives in the action, brings calm to the chaos, and knows how to lift a team with presence and care.
You’ll be the steady hand and approachable presence that sets the tone every day. From energizing the team before a busy service to stepping in when challenges arise, you’ll keep things running smoothly while supporting those around you. Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll also help drive long-term improvements, ensuring the restaurant continues to grow and deliver its best.
What you’ll be doing
- Running the floor across multiple dining spaces — from casual to à la carte and events
- Leading and supporting a team of 20–25 FOH staff during busy shifts
- Mentoring Assistant Managers and helping them step up
- Keeping service standards consistent and culture strong
- Working closely with leadership to keep improving how we operate
- Staying hands-on and visible
Who You Are
You’re someone people naturally turn to—calm, kind, and confident. You bring steady, positive energy and know how to keep a team motivated and supported, even in the middle of a busy service.
You’re drawn to hospitality because you genuinely enjoy people—the conversations, the rhythm, the energy of it all. With experience in high-volume venues, you know how to maintain pace and precision while still delivering a personal, memorable experience for every guest.
What you bring:
- A strong floor presence and approachable leadership style
- Experience leading large hospitality teams in fast-paced environments
- Great communication — direct, honest, and encouraging
- The ability to juggle service and performance without losing either
- A team-first mindset — supportive, ego-free, and invested in others
- Pride in your work and a desire to grow
What’s on Offer
- Up to $110,000 + Super (up to 42 hours per week)
- 1–2 four-day weeks each month as part of the team rotation
- Full-time, permanent role with real growth potential
- Potential for growth into Assistant F&B or Group Operations role
- A team that genuinely cares — about each other, the product, and the experience we create
- The chance to lead a venue where your presence makes a difference — every day
