About the Venue

We are seeking a Sushi and Sashimi Chef with a strong grounding in high-end Japanese cuisine. You bring technical expertise, discipline, and consistency — along with a calm, professional presence that enhances the flow of service.
You will join a team that values detail, understands the pace of a quality-driven kitchen, and respects chefs who care deeply about every dish they present.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing sushi and sashimi with precision, consistency, and clean technique
- Supporting the hot kitchen service with focus and confidence
- Keeping your section sharp—prep, cleanliness, and service-readiness all day
- Working in step with a skilled team to deliver smooth, high-quality service
- Maintaining high kitchen standards and contributing to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience in Japanese cuisine, ideally from premium or upmarket venues
- A calm, disciplined approach with a genuine pride in your work
- Attention to detail and consistency under pressure
- A collaborative, respectful mindset—this is a team that backs each other
