The Role

We’re seeking a confident, hands-on Restaurant General Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments where style, structure, and service matter. This is not a rebuild — it’s about leading from the floor, mentoring a skilled team, and raising the bar on already high standards.

You’ll bring operational expertise, strong presence, and personal flair to every service, collaborating with key departments to elevate the guest experience and draw a discerning, prestige-focused clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily service with poise and consistency — especially during peak periods
  • Support, guide, and uplift the front-of-house and bar leadership team
  • Build meaningful guest relationships and maintain VIP rapport
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive bookings, brand visibility, and spend-per-head
  • Bring structure, accountability, and a sense of pride to the venue’s daily rhythm
  • Champion the guest experience with thoughtful touches and consistent standards

  • Proven experience in premium hospitality or lifestyle dining environments
  • An intuitive, guest-first mindset — you’re the kind of leader people remember
  • Experience managing a full FOH team with a hands-on, polished approach
  • Strong food and beverage understanding (modern Australian or European-inspired ideal)
