A well-established 4.5★ property in Sydney’s Inner West, known for its strong reputation, great team and commitment to doing things right. Recently refurbished and set in a fast-growing precinct, it belongs to a group recognised for structure, support and consistency.

You will be part of a People and Culture team of three working with a Training Manager and Coordinator while reporting into a supportive Cluster Director. The Role

This is a fully office-based role leading the People and Culture function for the property, supported by an experienced cluster team. It’s an ideal step up if you’re ready to manage your own property while still benefiting from mentoring and guidance.

You will be across:

  • Recruitment and onboarding, giving new team members the best possible start
  • Engagement, helping managers build strong positive relationships with their staff
  • Workers compensation, RTW programs and WHS, making sure people feel safe and supported
  • Training and development, working with the Training Manager to deliver inductions and growth opportunities
  • Performance reviews and ER, coaching leaders to handle challenges with fairness and care
  • HR systems and compliance, keeping everything accurate, current and running smoothly
