- Growing Sydney hospitality group with multiple high-performing venues led by a two-hatted chef
- Two roles: Head Chef (modern Italian) or Sous Chef (new French bistro opening)
- Strong career progression, structured support, and premium working environment
About the Group & Venues
A growing hospitality group with a portfolio of successful venues across Sydney’s south is strengthening its leadership team across two distinct yet complementary kitchens.
The group operates a collection of well-established, high-performing venues ranging from elevated gastropubs to refined European-style bistros. Backed by experienced ownership and guided by a highly regarded two-hatted Sydney chef at group level, the business blends strong commercial structure with genuine culinary direction.
One venue is a busy, community-driven modern Italian bistro with a loyal following and consistent trade. The other is an upcoming modern French-inspired venue, designed as a more refined, technique-led offering with a strong late-night and social dining element.
Both venues are located within Sydney’s southern suburbs.
