About the Opportunity
This kitchen has been producing beautifully presented and highly praised Asian food for a few years now. Your job is to keep the standards high while working with the Group Exec Chef on new dishes, within the framework of Pan Asian, so incorporating lots of different flavours and keeping it fresh and on-trend.
The kitchen is now one of the best equipped on the Gold Coast, featuring state-of-the-art appliances and a team of highly skilled, supportive chefs.
About You
- Previous experience in Pan Asian cuisine
- Creative with menu design
- Effective with food costing and managing a kitchen budget
- Knows how to mentor or train kitchen staff
- Leads by example and takes charge
- Calm and organised in a high volume and busy environment
- Determined to cement their reputation in one of the Gold Coast’s most distinguished restaurants
