- Innovative, stable, and highly successful organisation
- Unique chance to lead and leave a lasting impact
The Company
A well-established hospitality group renowned for its design-focused venues, exceptional cuisine, and consistently high operational standards. Widely regarded within the industry as a benchmark operator, the group operates across diverse sectors, including casual dining, premium casual experiences, retail, events, and collaborative brand concepts. Over the next 18 months, the group is poised for substantial expansion, with several large-scale projects planned that will further strengthen its market presence and influence.
The Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees all FOH operations across a complex, multi-site environment. This is an executive role for someone who thrives on pace, detail, people, and operational excellence.
You’ll work closely with an involved and connected CEO, so the ability to manage up, communicate with clarity, and know when to push, when to flex, and when to hold your ground is critical. The business moves fast — this role requires presence on the floor, not just behind a desk.
This role combines operational leadership, strategic guidance, brand stewardship, and culture development. The successful candidate will act as the central link across all venues, ensuring consistency, accountability, and forward momentum throughout a diverse and dynamic operation.
Key Focus Areas
- Lead all FOH operations across multiple sites
- Strengthen service standards, up skilling team capability and on-the-floor execution
- Drive venue performance through tight financial control and labour management
- Lift accountability across managers and department heads
- Partner with the owner on upcoming openings and strategic priorities
- Embed structure, clarity and operational rhythm without killing pace or creativity
- Maintain a visible leadership presence — know the teams, the customers, the detail
The Ideal Candidate
- Senior hospitality operator with multi-site leadership experience
- Strong commercial acumen with a record of improving profitability
- A leader who balances being on the floor with big-picture thinking
- High EQ, resilient, and confident navigating strong personalities
- Proven success in fast-paced, non-corporate, founder-led environments
- Exceptional communicator with the ability to gain trust quickly
- Hands-on, decisive, and comfortable managing real-time challenges
- Values consistency, standards, accountability and momentum
What You’re Like
You are as much a doer as a leader. You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, quickly reading a room and bringing people along with your vision. You have the maturity to influence senior stakeholders and the operational expertise to lead teams effectively. You don’t stay hidden in offices; you set the pace, engage directly, and maintain a keen eye for every detail.
The Rewards
Join a highly respected, high-profile group during a major growth phase. This is a senior leadership role with long-term opportunity for expansion as the business grows.
Salary guide: $140K–$180K + Super (flexible depending on experience).
