The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive events professional to step into the role of Events Operations Manager — someone who brings a wealth of operational expertise, team leadership, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional client service.
You will own the entire logistics and planning process, guiding events from the initial concept and design stage through to seamless execution and post-event review. This is a hands-on and highly visible role, ideal for someone who thrives in the action, leads teams through example, and balances on-the-ground involvement with a strategic, big-picture perspective while managing multiple moving parts with accuracy and care.
In this role, you’ll mentor and manage a large team, liaise closely with internal departments and external partners, and ensure that every event delivers an unforgettable experience for clients and guests. Strong leadership, delegation, stakeholder engagement and the ability to remain cool under pressure are all essential traits for success.
