The Position
As the Event Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and planning high-end charity and fundraising events, working closely with industry leaders and making a tangible impact. What You Will Need

- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in planning and executing high-end events, preferably in the not-for-profit or healthcare sector.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and VIP liaison.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
- Budget Management (but not necessary): Experience in managing event budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities through sponsorships and partnerships.
