Café manager for a well-established business, Mon-Fri daytime only, no nights or weekends. Take-home car, strong culture, long-tenure team.
This role stands apart because the venue itself does. While many organisations speak about culture, this one consistently demonstrates it in daily practice. It is a highly respected, long-established hospitality business located in the CBD surrounds, recognised for exceptional food, seamless catering operations, and a genuine commitment to supporting and valuing its people.
The current Catering Manager is stepping into a new chapter after seven years in the role. The Head Chef has been here close to a decade, and many team members have stayed for years — with some even returning after time away. That kind of tenure doesn’t happen by accident.
About the Venue (Discreet by Design)
This prestigious café and catering operation is deeply embedded in its local community and corporate network. Built on trust, consistency, and strong relationships, it’s a place where people feel supported, respected, and set up to succeed.
The business operates Monday to Friday, during the day. There are no night shifts, and weekends are exceptionally rare.
Alongside the café, the catering arm delivers corporate, conference, and event catering across nearby locations — all well planned, well resourced, and calmly executed.
To maintain privacy, full venue details will be shared with shortlisted candidates only.
