Now, the team’s on the lookout for an Assistant Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help lead from the front.
The Role
This is more than just helping run a pub. You’ll be working right beside the General Manager, trusted to keep things ticking when they’re offsite, and to bring fresh energy when they’re not.
You’ll be:
- Running smooth, high-energy shifts across the bar and floor
- Supporting and leading a close-knit team of hospo pros
- Getting hands-on with stock, rosters, and day-to-day ops
- Playing a big part in what gets poured — helping shape seasonal drinks and cocktail lists
- Bringing ideas to the table for events, promos, and ways to keep the locals coming back
You’ll be working full-time, averaging about 44 hours a week, on a rotating roster that includes days, nights, and weekends. No two shifts are alike, and you’ll always be right in the heart of the action.
