The Role

This is your chance to lead where your presence truly matters. As assistant manager, you’ll drive daily service and be the team’s source of support, energy, and direction.

You’ll be on the floor, leading by example, helping things flow, and keeping the team connected through even the busiest moments. With strong support from your Venue Manager and the wider leadership team, you’ll be trusted, backed, and encouraged to grow.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading floor shifts with positivity and calm, even during peak times
  • Supporting across multiple service areas — casual, à la carte, and events
  • Helping create a team culture that feels encouraging, respectful, and fun
  • Managing briefings, rosters, and clear communication between teams
  • Mentoring staff through hands-on coaching and support
  • Jumping in where needed — always visible, approachable, and part of the action
