We’re looking for a sushi and sashimi chef with a strong foundation in premium Japanese cuisine. Someone with the skill and discipline to deliver quality with consistency and the kind of presence that adds to the rhythm of a professional kitchen.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing sushi and sashimi with precision, consistency, and clean technique
- Supporting the hot kitchen service with focus and confidence
- Keeping your section sharp — prep, cleanliness, and service-readiness all day
- Working in step with a skilled team to deliver smooth, high-quality service
- Maintaining high kitchen standards and contributing to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in Japanese cuisine, ideally from premium or upmarket venues
- A calm, disciplined approach with a genuine pride in your work
- Attention to detail and consistency under pressure
