This restaurant has everything: stylish new fit out, 350 bin wine list and a quality, highly professional team, including a gun head chef and restaurant manager. Opening In August, it is going to be one of Sydney’s great new venues is already attracting a large following for when the doors open.

The Role

This is great for a current Assistant Manager seeking development or an experienced Supervisor looking for that step up.  It will reward the right person with a highly organised and professional team, in an environment that encourages knowledge and a go-getter attitude.

You’ll have a large team to conduct and motivate, along with maintaining the high level of service expected from all the guests.  Essentially a hands on role, you’ll be expected to work closely with the team and run services.  In addition there will be the usual back of house duties such as: rostering, stocktakes, compliance, training etc.  All of these will be assigned to different managers throughout the year.

The Required Experience

This role requires a person with supreme confidence in their own ability.  Previous experience working in high volume and good quality venues is essential.  Ideally you’ll be someone who always remains calm in any situation and is a natural motivator.

This will suit a manager who is career hungry and focused, someone who can display excellent ‘natural’ leadership skills.

Hours and Rewards

You’ll be required to work a 5-day week, incorporating 2 doubles, fair working hours – up to 45 a week.

This will be a highly rewarding, financially up to $75k + super + very good tips, and professionally fulfilling role.  The chance to work for a group, where the career opportunities are plentiful for a successful manager.
