About You

We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on leader with a background in hospitality operations and a proven track record of delivering outstanding service while driving sales growth. As a natural people person with strong leadership skills, you’ll thrive on engaging with customers and coaching teams to excel. Operational expertise is key, including experience managing venue openings, inventory control, and supplier relationships to maximise efficiency and reduce waste. A proactive, can-do attitude is a must, along with the flexibility to juggle multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Above all, a passion for fresh, high-quality food and creating memorable customer experiences will set you apart in this role.

What You’ll Do

As the Operations Manager, you’ll be the face of the business, ensuring kiosks and pop-up venues thrive as hubs of exceptional customer service and sales. Your responsibilities include:

  • Kiosk and Retail Leadership: Manage multiple sites, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a stellar customer experience.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Lead from the front, training and inspiring teams to deliver warm, attentive service that keeps customers coming back.
  • Sales and Growth: Drive sales performance by creating a vibrant and engaging retail environment that showcases the brand’s fresh pasta offerings.
  • Operational Coordination: Oversee opening operations, including logistics, inventory management, and staffing to ensure seamless execution.
