With multiple locations, including sites in bustling urban precincts and high-foot-traffic neighbourhoods, the business is looking for a strong Restaurant Manager to lead one of its flagship stores and drive growth in a competitive market.

The Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will take full ownership of daily operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for both customers and staff. Leading from the front, you will strike the right balance between customer engagement and operational efficiency while upholding the highest standards of service, food quality, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to create a dynamic and service-driven culture.
  • Customer Engagement – Be the face of the venue, building strong relationships with regulars and driving community connections.
  • Operational Excellence – Oversee inventory, rostering, and financials, ensuring smooth daily operations and cost management.
  • Service and Food Quality – Maintain exceptional standards, ensuring consistency across peak service periods.
  • Driving Sales & Growth – Implement strategies to boost sales, enhance guest experience, and increase brand loyalty.
  • Turnaround & Growth – Play a key role in revitalising an underperforming store, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing real change.

What We’re Looking For

  • Two or more years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume QSR or full-service venue.
  • A proven track record of team leadership, sales growth, and operational success.
  • Strong P&L management skills, including COGS, labour budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on leadership style – willing to jump in wherever needed (FOH and BOH).
  • A natural people person with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience and creating a positive work culture.
  • Ability to turn around an underperforming store by identifying weaknesses and implementing change.
  • Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not essential.
