The Site

This unique concept is opening in Melbourne for the first time this year. A large beautifully designed restaurant, café and retail space will occupy some of this city entertainment and retail precinct, incorporating both table and bar dining.  This will be seamlessly intertwined with an open theatre kitchen, commercial and productive.

The Operators

The team responsible for this revolutionary endeavor is incredibly enthusiastic about the movement as a whole and is eager to present it to Melbourne.

They are part of a small group with extensive experience in hospitality, ranging from the kitchen to HR and financial management, and will provide professional and ethical support to the chosen candidate. The group is very quality-focused and will be searching for someone who is also service-oriented. Their management style is characterized by honesty and openness, allowing managers to share their views and shine with the company.

Restaurant & Retail 

This is all about the place, offering the public a rustic and authentic setting, while striving to create a healthy and simplistic menu, organic and fresh — the word seasonal becoming an embodiment of the whole business. The menu will be completely dictated by the freshest ingredients and will reconnect people to the fundamentals of great food.

A winning combination of vision and location, 15km from CBD, this venue will create a very busy environment that will require a strong team leader to deliver exceptional service.

There will be a large restaurant as well as a retail aspect to the venue.

The best part about this is no late nights! Most services you are out the door by 8pm. This is the ideal work-life balance for hospitality professionals.

The Person

Ideally, you will have restaurant experience, enjoy managing large teams, and be completely service-oriented. An experienced restaurant manager or 2IC who is ready to take the next step, as well as an RM who still has a strong desire for floor service.

A person who is very adaptable and dynamic will be essential for this new venture.  Someone with strong skills, who can take the concept and run the venue like it’s their own.

The ability to drive the business forward with ideas and energy will be paramount as well.


This will be a rewarding role for the right person, with an exciting boutique operator, within a truly unique concept and space.

There will be lots of support from experienced and dynamic owners, as well as their senior management team.

The salary offered is significant, with a chance to grow further within the company for a successful manager.  Anything up to $100K+S+Tips for the right skills and experience.

No more late night finishes. Operating from 10am to 7pm most days, 8am to 6pm on Saturdays. You will need to work on weekends, but you will be home in time for dinner every day.
