This esteemed venue is looking for an outstanding Restaurant GM to efficiently oversee operations across two unique dining levels. The Role
As Restaurant GM, you’ll lead by example, ensuring smooth, cohesive operations across both floors. From driving high service standards in the formal dining area downstairs to ensuring efficient counter service upstairs, you’ll be the cornerstone of the venues hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Front-of-House Operations: Oversee the flow of service across two dynamic levels, ensuring a unified guest experience.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a motivated FOH team to maintain high service standards across both environments.
- Collaborate & Integrate: Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless and memorable dining experiences.
- Drive Financial Success: Manage budgets, optimise revenue, and control costs without compromising on quality.
- Innovate Training Programs: Create and implement training initiatives that empower staff and elevate service standards.
- Flexible Leadership: Balance the casual counter service upstairs with the formal dining atmosphere downstairs, adapting your leadership style to suit both.
