The Venue
This is a brand-new opening in the Southern Highlands region around Moss Vale. It will be bright, with a beautiful light and modern fit out with a small number of indoor and outdoor seats. These guys are all about their specialty coffee and premium house-made donuts!
They are offering a high-end specialty coffee blend along with single origins to deliver a premium coffee experience to their area. Paired with artisanal donuts and freshly made gelato, everything will be in-house, handcrafted, and delicious.
The Role
If you have experience and skill in lamination, working with doughs, crafting specialty donuts, and a range of pastry techniques, this role could be ideal for you.
You’ll have the opportunity to see your creations rise to become customer favourites on a dedicated specialty donut menu.
The menu is small and centred around fresh, specialty donuts, so prior experience in this area is preferred. You’ll be working in a compact kitchen team of about three people, and the position suits a junior to mid-level pastry chef or baker.
Shifts run five days a week on a rotating roster, with start times ranging from 4am–1pm, 5am–2pm, or 6am–3pm.
