The Role

As a Duty Manager, you will oversee late-night operations (9 PM to 5 AM), focusing on compliance, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
Your responsibilities include managing the gaming room with 28 poker machines, ensuring safety with the support of security staff, and delivering outstanding service to guests. Additionally, you’ll supervise team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment while maintaining compliance with gambling regulations.

What You’ll Bring

- Prior management or supervisory experience in a gaming venue with moderate to high trade.
Hours and Rewards
- Full-time night shifts: Five days a week (40 hours) or the option for a four-day roster at a pro-rata salary.
- Salary: $80,000 plus superannuation (or can be adjusted for four-day roster).
- Leave: Four weeks of annual leave.
