The Position

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced and passionate Venue Manager to take full ownership of a brand-new operation. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy environments and is excited by the challenge of building a venue’s reputation and culture from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, leading a team, and working closely with senior leadership to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Leading and mentoring a team across floor operations and guest service
  • Overseeing day-to-day running of a high-volume, fast-paced venue
  • Collaborating on food and beverage offerings with the culinary and bar teams
  • Ensuring smooth coordination with the functions team for private events and corporate bookings
  • Maintaining strong communication across departments and with executive leadership
  • Building a positive and professional team culture with a focus on development
  • Contributing to local marketing efforts and community engagement
