High-end venue in the Central Coast area seeks a Head Chef for a medium-sized team in a well-managed company. Offers growth opportunities and full creative control over the menu!

Are you a talented Head Chef with an eye for creativity and a love for great food? This Club is looking for a seasoned and innovative Head Chef to lead their kitchen team and elevate the dining experience.


  • Innovate and improve the menu, with a special focus on elevating the pizza section.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and complies with health and safety regulations.


  • At least 2 years of Head Chef experience in a similar environment.
  • Exceptional culinary skills and creativity in menu planning.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and adapt to changing needs.
