The Property

The Role

This is a Head Chef role that requires hands-on leadership to run this business and to build a motivated and tight knit kitchen team. Needless to say, it’s highly hands-on in the kitchen, requiring an eye for precision and excellent leadership abilities to oversee the kitchen, and run the pass during busy services.

All the usual bits of running a kitchen will be there, but the client really wants someone who can get excited and drive the business into its next stage of success! They truly need someone who can drive the business to generate excitement and keep the menus seasonal and interesting!

The Hours

As a guide, most chefs work 5 days on, 2 days off. 40-45 hours per week with flexibility in shifts/days for to the right candidate. Opportunity to have Sun/Mon off!

The head chef will begin work in 4-6 weeks.

Background

Coming from a quality restaurant background is preferred but not necessary for the chef with the right attitude and skill set. Knowledge of French & Mediterranean is a bonus, but it’s not a deal breaker.

Salary up to $130K + Super + Tips + Bonus.
