Overview

Are you a talented Head Chef passionate about preparing nutritious and delicious meals for the elderly? Make a meaningful impact in Aged Care!

Responsibilities

  • Create nutritious breakfast, morning tea, and lunch for our residents.
  • Help serve breakfast to 20 residents and take charge of overseeing a servery.
  • Oversee the entire kitchen, including rostering and overall kitchen management.
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and complies with health and safety regulations, including cleaning up after cooking and assisting with dishwashing as required.

Qualifications/Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in aged care required.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage kitchen staff.
  • Experience with Rostering and Ordering in an Aged Care facility.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety.
