Massive career progression and the opportunity to work in another venue in the future, this multi-faceted venue is looking for a General Manager who is a Hospitality leader and has worked in multiple venues and well-known pub groups over the years.
The venue offers a neutral, lush greenery entrance which opens up to multi entrances leading you to exciting and enticing offerings. The venue gets all day sunshine with pockets of shade with families, couples, seniors and tradies all tuck into the delicious food with aromas enwrapping the entire venue, especially the smell of wood-fired pizzas from the oven.
The Role
As General Manager, you will be responsible for overall running of this fast paced, busy, yet high end venue. It is a good amount of pure management and leadership, while supporting the large team in all areas such as recruitment, function executions, expense reporting such as forecasting and budgeting and dealing with compliance and security.

Salary and Perks
Salary depends on experience, ranging from $120K to $140K + Super (negotiable). Perks include dry-cleaning, meals, food and beverage discounts, free parking, and all-expenses-paid annual staff awards trips.
