This large restaurant boasts a gorgeous contemporary fit out. Sits around 140 covers and showcases the cooking talents of one of Sydney’s top guns.

The Role

A General Manager’s role that will reward the right person with an environment that oozes style and good vibes. It’s definitely not pretentious though, so a person who is down to earth and fun would suit.  In return, you’ll be an individual that lives and breathes the industry and has a passion for good food and wine.

You’ll have a large team to conduct and motivate, along with maintaining the high level of service expected from all the guests.  Working closely with the owner as well as the Exec & Head Chefs, who both have hatted backgrounds and come from iconic Sydney restaurants.

This is a role that requires lots of mentoring and leading. A manager with lots of passion and presence will definitely fit the bill.

The Required Experience

Perfect for someone with supreme confidence in their own ability.  Previous experience working in Hatted venues is essential, and someone who understands and delivers good service. You should always be calm in any situation and a natural motivator.

This will suit a Manager who is career-driven and focused, with excellent ‘natural’ leadership skills who is looking for the next step. Someone who’s got that inner drive to make a business successful, a person who loves to develop their knowledge further and grow everyone else around them.

You’ll have experience running a business from a financial perspective, driving top line revenue and managing costs.

Someone who knows a lot about wine would be ideal.

Hours and Rewards
