The Person

The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for all FOH F&B operations within all of the venues. This is a hands-on role where your leadership abilities will be finely tuned and you will be very comfortable leading from the front, financially astute, operationally sound and strategically focused.

Key objectives will also include exceeding profit targets, customer satisfaction and product quality levels as well as training and development of your team to achieve the highest level of service.

Ideally, you will come from a high volume, fast-paced food and beverage venue, have a strong industry background, enjoy managing large teams, and are service-oriented. An experienced manager who is passionate about and understands high-quality service while also being willing to try something new. This position requires a strong leader who can remain calm in a busy and dynamic atmosphere.

Training and development of your team is a key part to this role, so having a strategy and plan for how you intend to train and motivate staff is important.

  • Extensive food and beverage knowledge
  • An innovative outlook when it comes to dealing with issues or problems
