The Position

As the Sales and Events Manager, you will be at the heart of driving business growth and delivering outstanding event experiences. This role is perfect for a proactive and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a diverse range of clients. Your daily responsibilities will be a dynamic blend of sales strategy, client engagement, event coordination, and team leadership. Each day will bring new and exciting challenges.

Responsibilities Include

  • Sales Development & Client Relations– Identify and secure new business opportunities while fostering strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and key stakeholders to drive repeat business
  • Event Planning & Coordination – Manage events from start to finish, ensuring seamless execution by collaborating with internal teams, including catering, marketing, and operations
  • Revenue Growth & Strategy – Implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, keeping a pulse on market trends and adjusting approaches accordingly
  • Team Leadership – Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and attendants, ensuring smooth execution and exceptional service standards
  • Marketing & Promotion – Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns that boost event bookings and showcase the venue’s offerings
