The Role
They are looking for a hands-on Cellar Team Leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee cellar operations, manage stock, and lead a dedicated team to deliver operational excellence.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Coordinating stock ordering, delivery, and rotation across all outlets.
- Handling requisitions to ensure kegs, drinks, and supplies are always ready for service.
- Maintaining and cleaning cellar facilities to the highest standards.
- Planning ahead for large-scale events and game days, ensuring smooth operations.
- Taking a hands-on approach while managing administrative tasks, orders, and reports during quieter moments.
The Candidate
- Prior experience as a Team Leader or Cellar Supervisor.
- A strong, positive attitude and the willingness to take ownership of their role.
- RSA & RCG certifications and physical fitness to handle a hands-on role.
- A forklift license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Flexibility to cover occasional weekends during large events.
