You’ll be joining a large team, so being comfortable working with others and communicating effectively in a fast-paced, high-quality venue is essential.
The Executive Chef is a strong, smart, and balanced leader. With several years of experience and a deep understanding of the venue, she remains driven to continuously improve. She is recognized for her modern management style, maintaining a well-organized kitchen while fostering a positive and energetic atmosphere.
The Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Chef de Partie / Junior Sous candidates who are eager for career growth and passionate about food, new trends, and ingredients. Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)
- Working on a section
- Monitoring prep and stock levels
- Being coachable and having a great attitude
The Right Candidate
- Will have experience with a busy quality venue with quick turnover and be highly organised
- Is passionate about food and the industry
You will be mentored by a renowned and high-profile Chef, who will guide you in everything from cooking techniques and people management to handling numbers and running the business side of operations.
The Hours and The Salary
- Full Time Chef de Partie is paid up to $70K+S
- Kitchen tips average from $100-150 per week
- Weekly hours are between 40-44hrs
- All uniforms provided
All straight shifts either 7:30 am-3.30 pm or 3 pm- 11:30 pm. It’s a company that offers great work-life balance
