A popular and growing hospitality team is opening a second café in the Southern Highlands after the success of their first Lower Blue Mountains venue. Known for great coffee, warm service, and beautiful spaces, they’re bringing the same quality and heart to a new location.
Set in a scenic village with loads of local charm, this new venue is designed to be bright, relaxed, and full of warmth. With its polished but unfussy fit out and strong focus on specialty coffee and artisanal treats, the café is already generating excitement before the doors even open.
The Role
We’re on the lookout for a confident, caring, and capable Manager to take the reins of the new store. This role is perfect for a Senior Barista ready to step into management, an Assistant Manager keen to lead their own space, or someone already in a Manager role looking for a more meaningful and balanced opportunity.

Your role is to keep things running smoothly with consistency, care, and a strong sense of ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the daily rhythm of service, especially mornings and early afternoons.
- Supporting and inspiring a tight-knit team of baristas and all-rounders.
- Managing rostering, ordering, stock, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Helping build a workplace that’s welcoming, positive, and respectful.
- Collaborating with owners and the kitchen to keep everything aligned and humming.
