The Venue

Step back in time to the golden era of art deco and experience an awe-inspiring transformation. With a multi-million dollar investment, this iconic pub has been brought up to date with all new fixtures, fittings and furnishings for the modern-day reveller. Enjoy the beauty of natural light during the day, then transition into cozy, lounge-like surroundings at night. Indulge in luxurious premium dining inspired by classic European flavors like never before, all while relaxing by crackling open fireplaces and sinking into aged leather armchairs.

300 standing, with 90 seats in the a la carte restaurant. No gaming machines, this venue has a focus on exceptional dining and drinking, with a public bar, lounge room, cocktail nooks and formal dining restaurant.

The Role

This is your chance to be the heart and soul of an incredible venue! You will spearhead all operations related to food, beverage, events and more. Your expertise in exceptional customer service must be matched by a sharp acumen for commercial strategy. You’ll need both a strong, analytical mind and emotional intelligence to make decisions for this innovative venue. The rewards are immense.

Reporting into the General Manager and Operations manager, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the success and growth of the venue.
