It’s set to be a funky, fun, and sophisticated spot, buzzing with activity. As highlighted in the title, it will become the benchmark for sports bars. Expect numerous events, games, and an abundance of sports.

This venue will undoubtedly be a hit with the locals and a destination for those looking for a great night out without going to the city. This is one venue inside a larger property.

The Role

This is an Assistant Manager or Venue Manager’s role that requires hands-on leadership. Training and nurturing an eager, young team will be essential. Bring a keen eye for detail and a fun, open-minded approach, as you’ll be involved in every aspect from pre-opening and beyond.

You’ll play a significant role in giving ideas and feedback on everything from the look and feel to staffing and, of course, brainstorming ideas for combinations to try out with the events and collaborations with different suppliers, etc. This is a really cool role with lots of variety and a product you can really get excited about.

You’ll handle all the usual tasks of running a venue, with a hands-on approach. However, we are particularly looking for someone who can drive the business by organizing exciting feature events and fostering collaborations.

Engaging with customers and setting the tone on the floor is crucial to the venue’s success. This role is far from a typical office job; while some administrative duties are necessary, the focus is very much on being client-facing.

We are really looking for someone who can drive the business from the front, get to know the locals, create a buzz, and pass on some of that enthusiasm for the sports and craft beers.
