The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager who excels at leading large teams and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. In collaboration with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting, guiding, and motivating a sizable front-of-house team. You’ll focus on driving exceptional service standards, improving staff training programs, and cultivating a positive, supportive work culture that fosters teamwork and excellence throughout the venue.
This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in the midst of service, remains calm under pressure, and is truly passionate about both customer and staff experiences. In addition to managing daily operations, you’ll have the opportunity to assist in coordinating and delivering in-house events, ensuring smooth and seamless service across both the restaurant and event spaces.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or large-scale venue
- Proven team leadership and mentoring skills
- A strong understanding of front-of-house service standards
- A collaborative, people-first management style
- Passion for hospitality, with a love for Italian food and culture a bonus
