The Role

This role requires having a friendly, engaging, and warm personality. As a restaurant manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the GM by collaborating ideas. It is also important that you display restaurant expertise. The restaurant manager must have a complete understanding of how the industry works. You must be able to see the big picture but, at the same time, have a hands-on approach to things.

Experience

Your experience must show having worked with high-quality busy venues, preferably restaurant or club. You ought to strive for perfection when it comes to details while keeping a sense of fun. You need to bring a professional approach to service and training.  You must have strong mentoring skills and be an innovative thinker. If you wish to advance your career and harness your expertise within a different environment, this position will be ideal for you.

A Restaurant Management experience will be strongly desirable.

Salary and perks

Parking is available and free. Uniforms are provided. Professional development is on offer. Salary is between $70-80K+S depending on experience.
