The Role

The restaurant manager we are looking for must be friendly, engaging, and have a warm personality. It is important that you display restaurant business acumen. You and the general manager will be working closely and collaborating ideas.

As a restaurant manager, you need to understand the industry in general, but at the same time, provide a hands-on approach. Experience wise, you need to come from quality busy venues. You must also show strong attention to detail yet maintain a sense of fun in the workplace.


Having an experience in a busy restaurant or a background in a club is our ideal candidate. Your approach to service and training must be highly professional. This role is a step up, so if you’re looking for a position to advance your career and show your expertise, this is it.

You need to have a wealth of experience in a variety of venues, particularly restaurant management. You also need to be a good mentor and an innovative thinker.

Salary and perks

Depending on experience, salary is between $70K+S and $80K+S. Free parking is provided. Also on offer are uniforms and professional development.
