The Venue

This is a stand-alone restaurant (an institution in its own right) which is a favourite amongst locals and visitors alike, inside a state-of-the-art venue that is changing the game in the local food scene in North West Sydney think around Ryde area.

Having been recently opened last year around July, this restaurant is absolutely stunning and the food is delish – this is a Restaurant team you want to be a part of!

With a casual dining focus, the customers order at the Bar and then the food is brought to the table its busy as it seats over 200pax – and it pumps! But quality and friendliness are never sacrificed, the team are masters of high-volume, good quality and genuine connections with customers.

The Role

This is the perfect role for a true leader, could be an experienced Restaurant Manager or a gun AM who wants to be a part of a large, food-driven venue with an awesome family-centric culture.  The main qualities that our client is looking for, is someone who is friendly, engaging and has a genuine, warm personality and the ability to run a large team in a busy quality venue.

You’ll be overseeing the Restaurant in a Medium to a large team.  They are looking at a strong emphasis on continuing to improve the style of service while overseeing the large dining room. 

Required Experience 

Ideally, you’ll come from a busy quality restaurant or foodie pub background as the position requires a person who brings a professional approach to service and training.  Previous experience in managing a high-volume property is ideal for this role. 

This position will be ideal for someone looking to advance their career and harness their expertise within a different environment.  You’ll be a person with strong leadership skills and excellent communicator.
