The Property

This venue is well-known in Sydney. It’s a stunning location down on the water in Sydney’s Lower North Shore, not too far from Balmoral.  As Restaurant Manager, you would be overseeing the gorgeous 130 seat restaurant. This is the signature restaurant which will become your baby. It will be on the radar of all the major publications and reviews.

The business has attracted some serious talent over the years and knows how to work with high performing people. You’ll be given the scope and tools to achieve great things and while you will be supported you’ll also have the freedom to do what you do best.

It’s somewhere you would be proud to have your family and friends come in and visit.

The Role

There is a lot to the role but the main focus will be creating a truly warm and hospitable venue where people feel truly welcome and at home. It might sound easy but only a special person can deliver that experience day in and day out. That, in a nutshell, is the person we are looking for.

In terms of the other elements, the role will be partnering with the owners, amazing Executive Chef and GM of the larger venue (multiple outlets). They all have a very holistic and sustainable approach to both the physical operation of the businesses as well as the culture within the company.

Mainly, you will be driving floor operations, service standards, customer relations, staff recruitment, training, management and financials etc.
