- Great salary and bonuses
- Unparalleled global career growth
- All Aussie produce and Michelin-trained chef
A recent part of a property rebirth, this gastronomic precinct includes a mid-size restaurant, lounge, mixology bar, cafe and craft beer hall. No expense was spared on this massive project right in the heart of the CBD. Although part of a bigger family, the venue is stridently independent with individual character and personality.
You’ll be working closely with both the Operations Manager and the Assistant Manager but ultimately this will be your stage. This is your chance to work with an all Australian produce, with a Michelin-trained chef and inside a beautifully refitted 120-seat restaurant.
What Is Required?
You’ll be a restaurant manager looking for that next step of running your own venue. This is a restaurant that is high on quality so they’ll be looking for someone who has the confidence and know-how to set the vibe and culture of a hatted-style restaurant. We are on the lookout for a person who is passionate about the industry and who can hit the ground running with the staff and loves to pass on their product knowledge.
Although mostly operational, you will be expected to have a good understanding of the financial backbone of the business; this will include knowledge of weekly budgets, wage costs, COG’s etc. There will be support with the bigger picture financials as the restaurant is part of a bigger umbrella group.
Not only will you be fundamental to this edgy-new concept, but you’ll also be part of a bigger family, with all the career growth and development that can bring. You’ll also be rewarded with an excellent salary, between $80K-$85k+Super+Tip for the right candidate. There is also a bonus scheme rewarded for reaching quarterly targets.
