As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be overseeing the Restaurant, Bar, Cafe, etc. (with the help of the very experienced F&B Manager). You’ll also be helping to refine and implement SOPs. This will be a huge project that will require constant motivation and communication with all the staff. You’ll also need a flexible approach to adapt to a changing work environment.
