The Venue

It’s got vibe and is THE local pub! Big, busy and fun. This is the flagship venue for this group and it has a huge local following. They are known for being the entertainment mecca of the west. They’re progressive, always trying new and exciting ways to draw in the crowds. From live music to, events, regular food-driven specials and events as well as functions and collabs.

The Role

They are looking for a driven, customer service professional to join this great team. Experience in gaming is ideal but not a necessity; the company is willing to train in this area. If you’re self-motivated, thrive on guest interaction and providing exceptional service then this is a role for you.

You will be working closely with the Licensee and oversee the gaming room operations. There is plenty of support with this role and the expectation is that you will be leading the floor and interacting with guests.

On top of this, you will be responsible for service standards, room ambience, machine service and rotation and compliance. There will also be an emphasis on building and driving the growth potential in this area.

You’ll also have a work-life balance with no doubles, only 5 straight shifts and a rotating roster, approx 40-45 hours a week.

FAL Hotels has two busy and well run, and respected venues in the CBD and Outer West and they have been busy. Taking the time to reflect, learn and grow in this strange time of uncertainty.
