The Role

As Senior Duty Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the venues, with a strong emphasis on F&B, service and managing the team of Duty Managers. We are looking for the hospitable charm while keeping a supportive and mentoring approach to the young and enthusiastic team.

You will play a key part in the motivation and development of staff, ensuring the smooth running of the venue and creating a great guest experience.

The current upper management team have all been duty managers and risen the ranks quickly. There is room to grow in general operations, F&B, multi-outlet, new venue set-ups and accommodation coming on board in the next 2 years.

Who we are looking for

This role is perfect for a strong senior manager who comes from a strong hospitality background, either Hotel or modern club Pub. Ideally, you will be confident in all areas of operations: compliance, stock control, entertainment and staffing.

You will need to be able to forge a strong identity within a large environment whilst maintaining a hands-on approach.

  • Several years of experience in a high turnover, multi-faceted property.
  • Savvy with administration and technology
  • Proven experience building, leading, managing, motivating and driving large teams to consistently reach targets.
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Fantastic presentation and great communication skills

Reward

The company is well known for looking after its staff and the proof is in the longevity. Offering an excellent salary, a 40-45hr work week. Relocation allowance, phone allowance, uniform provided, RSA & RCG paid for if required.

Salary range is up to $80-85K+S for the candidate with the right skills and experience.
