The team is very organised and runs like a well-oiled machine. They provide support, systems and structure. The food is locally sourced, focusing on seafood and quality cuts of meat and emphasizing Australian product as much as possible.

The Role

As section waiter, your main focus is the customer. Your role is tailored to your guests – being attentive, having amazing knowledge of the product you are serving, and being able to work in a high volume premium restaurant environment. This is a role where you get exposure to amazing food, award winning beverage program and get trained up to have the skills to run your own restaurant in a premium space.

Who we are looking for

Experience running a section in a high volume, busy restaurant is ideal. You will get exposure to incredible training systems, strong support amongst an experienced team to bring you up to their standards. and getting access to a full range of great tips. You just need to be a confident people person, with some established experience in restaurants or busy environments.
